How We Work
We Learn Your Operations First
Before delivering any service, we take time to understand your specific work environment — the tasks your workers perform, the physical demands involved, and the hazards unique to your site. A warehouse has different risks to a construction site, and a labour hire workforce has different needs to a permanent team. This understanding shapes everything we do.
At Your Workplace or In Clinic
Most assessments happen at your workplace, where we can see the real tasks, equipment and conditions your workers face, so the findings are ones you can act on. When on-site is not practical, we see your workers in clinic.
Built Around Your Schedule
We know that pulling workers off the floor costs money. That is why we schedule around your shifts, deliver results quickly, and minimise disruption. Pre-employment reports are returned within 24–48 hours. Drug and alcohol results are available on the spot. We work to your timeline, not ours.
